At Yasa Perfumes, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances. Because perfumes are personal care products, we adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The perfume must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging (including all shrink-wrap, labels, and boxes).
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns or exchanges on any perfumes that have been sprayed, tested, or opened.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We pack our glass bottles with the utmost care before shipping them from our Mumbai facility. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaked, or you receive the wrong fragrance:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Required Proof: You must provide clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damaged item and the original packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Sample vials or tester kits.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased during a clearance sale or with a promotional discount code.
4. The Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team via email with your Order Number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Securely pack the item to prevent breakage during transit.
- Please Note: For standard returns (change of mind), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- If the returned item is found to be opened or used, the refund will be rejected, and the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.
